We will provide a printable file after received the full payment from client.

Extra cost is required, if client required a original movable ai file.

Payment terms : 50% deposit when order confirmed and 50% balance payment upon delivery.

We reserve all rights on all the design. Client will reserve the right of the final layout after they make the full payment.

Project kicks off after receipt of deposit. All payment are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If cancellation has to be made after confirmation, the paid deposit will not be returned.

We will not be responsible for delays incurred by contractors nominated by client.

All signed Quotation / invoice(s) cannot be canceled by the client prior to our official approval. Administration fee, which is equal to 50% of total amount of this Quotation / invoice will be charged for any cancellation.

This Quotation / invoice is valid for 20 days from the date of issue.

We reserve the rights to display, disclose, reveal or use the project(s) created wherever published or any publication or medium as demographics for marketing

purpose.

Above prices are based on specification as stated herein. If there are any changes in specification, such as different type of paper used, increase number of

copies required etc, then the stated prices will be revised accordingly.

Color Standard of all printed materials should refer to our standard in color management; Please do not refer to the standard on any monitor, screen or printed

manuscript.

We reserve all rights on the explanations on the content of the Quotation /  invoice.

Unik Studio reserves the final judgment on any disputes concerning this invoice.
